Service Description
Payments accepted: Membership, Class package, Credit/debit card upon booking, Venmo @risspajo, PayPal.me/carissapajo, Cash Power Hour is a mix of strength training with a sprinkle of bodyweight cardio bursts. Within the timed intervals, you will use hand weights (light dumbbells) and your own body weight to build strength, boost metabolism, and increase bone density. This total body workout is also designed to improve balance, stability, and coordination. Are you ready to power through the hour? Recommended hand weights: Light: 2-5 lbs. Medium: 5-8 lbs. Heavy: 10-12 lbs. Shoes are recommended.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES • FREE On-time Cancellation: At least 2 hours prior to class. Log into your account and access "My Bookings" to find the option to cancel. • $5 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within the hour prior to class. Notify the instructor or Carissa as soon as possible to cancel your booking. • $10 No Show Fee: Immediately due and payable to the instructor. • Participants with outstanding debt will be restricted from attending future classes until fees are paid.
